Heating Pad

I recently purchased this heating pad order number #000062962 reached to me in October and within some months the product had stopped working, it does not heat anymore. Please help, either a replacement or mending the same product if it comes under warranty would help.

The heating quality is very low and cant give any comfortness. When i make a return they are saying that they cannot find my address. Cant believe that tynor can do chutiyapan like this. Do not reccommend anyone to buy.

The heat is too much low, although there is 3 button and cannot give any comfort at the highest temparature level. When i made a return, they reply that they could not find my address. What a chutiya everyone can understand.

Weight of the pad? Can it be used for ankles also?

Looks very good ...wide coverage ...and sturdy... just used it one day ... lot better than many I have used in the past... Hope it will last longer than others..

Helps relieve pain with controlled heat in few minutes. Suggestion to manufacturers: wish it would massage as well apart from heating.

I think this product is very good. It’s easy to use and it works well for my low back or I’m sure any other area that I might need to use it. It has 3 temperature levels but I find that the first level is good enough for me. It has a Velcro strap if you would like to secure it on an area. I would recommend this to anyone :)
