I had a terrible experience with Tynor. I placed an order and never received the product. Despite their claims of "easy return and exchange," they failed to fulfill the order and have not returned my money. I’ve followed up multiple times, but there’s been no proper response or resolution.

This company is misleading customers with false promises and poor customer service. It’s completely unacceptable to take customers' money without delivering the product or offering a refund. I feel cheated and demand that Tynor compensate me for this awful experience.
