Have raised return and refund request since 4th of July . No pick up has been done. Tried multiple times on the toll free number . No one is even bother to pick up the call and address the issue . Even dropped a mail , but no response as usual

How to exchange the product there is site but it's not working what I do

I order a knee support hinged and after returning that product no one is replying on mail and call number and WhatsApp. And my money is stuck. I haven't received my money with in a month of return thats a fraud.
