The size chart is perfect. I took measurements of my forearm and ordered this and it fits perfectly fine.
A friend of mine recommended this to me as I have been suffering from forearm pain for the last 2 weeks.
Within a day I am feeling better and the pain has reduced by almost 80% now. Will definitely recommend this product to anyone who has forearms or elbow pain that is due to a muscular reason.

Value for money and great product. Did touch and feel competitors product but didnt feel any different from Tynor and at 2-3 times the price definitely this elbow support is a hands down winner even in terms of fit and finish. Quality of material is great.

I have started using it as I was facing problem in my elbow while working out heavy for triceps in the gym. Specially, exercises like scull crusher, single hand seated dumbbell extension for triceps and cable rope pull down used to trouble my elbows and never thought of going heavier than 40 lbs.

It's amazing. Light weight but very comfortable. Soothes the pain. Silicone padding is good. I have tennis elbow in both arms. I bought only one elbow support to see whether it is good. It is really good. Now I am going to buy another one for the other arm. It fits well.
