Role: – Brand Executive
Designation:- AM/DM
Reporting To:- GM-Marketing
Location: Mohali, Punjab

Job Description/Technical Competency:
  • Drives execution for brand strategies in close collaboration with relevant team
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into consumer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Implement and manage the marketing programs that drive brand awareness and demand generation.
  • Collaborate with internal team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with the brand's positioning and target audience.
  • Collaborate with creative and copy teams to develop engaging marketing content, such as blog posts, articles, and visual assets like packaging, catalog, flyer etc
  • Support the planning and execution of events and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, such as advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Execute Store branding i.e. Dealer Boards, Inshop branding, posters , standees etc.
  • Competition brand shop tracking, display arrangements, sales promotion schemes & benchmarking accordingly to existing & proposed outlet.
  • Assist in managing and analyzing brand performance metrics, tracking campaign effectiveness and providing actionable insights.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone across all marketing channels.
  • Assist in managing relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
  • Establishes and maintains timelines and processes for marketing calendar to ensure effective and timely development and execution of programs within defined budget
Job Specification:

Qualification: MBA-Marketing (Premier Institute)
X & XII marks : Above 70%
Year of Experience: 4 -6 years
Nature of Industry:FMCG
OTC, Consumer brand sold in chemist shops
Consumer Durables
