Job Description/Technical Competency:
- Develop labour policies.
- Handle grievance procedures- Grievance Management
- Head monthly labour management meetings
- Prepare documentation regarding labour relations assignments.
- Control Blue Collar Absenteeism & Attrition.
- Ensure Statutory Compliance Management- ESIC, EPF,Gratuity.
- Conduct and ensure workers’ Induction & Trainings.
- Prepare MIS Reports for Attrition , Absenteeism , Manpower , Accidents in Plant.
- Co-ordinate with Production for the welfare of workers.
- Head Medical Check up Camps\Doctor’s Visit.
- Ensuring all safety programs are followed within the unit.
- Forecasting the labour requirements and planning it accordingly - Blue Collar Hiring & On-boarding.
- Ensure healthy working conditions for employees within the unit
- Monitoring the compliance needs on a monthly basis and take corrective actions based on the monthly report.
